Manuscript Submission

We welcome high-quality articles reporting novel and unpublished results of conceptual, creative, experimental, and theoretical work or study in any of the topic areas mentioned in Call For Papers. When a manuscript is submitted, it indicates that it is not being considered for publication elsewhere.



The text should be in English, wherein author should not mix both American and British usage.

Authors are instructed to proofread the article before submission in order to eliminate possible grammatical or spelling errors and to ensure the usage of correct scientific English.



The conference has three different tracks:

Track 1: Innovative Computing Technologies

Track 2: Communication Networks

Track 3: Information and Networking Technologies


Submission Method

Papers should only be submitted to the conference email ( ). The email subject should clearly include the TRACK [The email subject line should be “New paper submission to Track-1 / Track-2/Track-3”] to which the author is submitting the paper.

Review Process:

All articles will be peer-reviewed in a double-blind manner. Relevancy, structure, research technique, ethical conducts, language standard, inventiveness, references, hypothesis, result presentation, proficiency, format, and a variety of other aspects are all taken into account throughout the process of assessment.

Papers that are accepted will be published in the Conference Proceedings and further it will be published in the author selected publication track.

All submitted papers will be reviewed by three international program committees. ICICIT takes the protection of intellectual property very seriously. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and similarity checks. By submitting the paper, the author agrees to allow ICICIT to screen the paper for plagiarism.

The paper will be evaluated based on their novelty and innovative research contribution.

There are three possible decisions for a submitted full-paper

  1. Accepted with Official Acceptance Letter as a mail attachment to proceed with the registration.
  2. Major Revision, the papers should be revised according to reviewer comments to obtain the Official Acceptance Letter.
  3. Rejected. This means the paper will not be considered for the next process.

NOTE: Author should register to the conference only after obtaining the Official Acceptance Letter from the conference.


Plagiarism Policy for the Publication


Instructions for the oral presentation

The presentation should last about 15 minutes. The author may choose the type of presentation and the number of slides is not restricted. Please arrive early for the presentation to verify that all essential equipment is available.
