Prospective writers are invited to submit complete technical papers of their work electronically. The conference's working language is English.

Authors must explicitly explain the work's relevance, emphasize novel features, and characterize its present orientation.

If you need to change any author information or resubmit your article, you can do so until the submission deadline.

Accepted and presented papers will be copyrighted to IEEE and published in the proceedings of the conference, which will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library once an IEEE quality review is completed

Only original content, not previously published or copyrighted, should be submitted. Prospective authors must submit only their own unique content.

The CrossCheck automatic screening method will be used by the Conference to assist in checking the originality of papers. Authors will be notified of article acceptance or rejection by email as possible to the published author notification date.

Submissions must be made by the deadline. No exceptions will be made.

Final Submission: The author must provide the final version of the manuscript(s) and electronically sign the "IEEE Copyright Form" before the final submission date.

( Note: Final manuscript should be updated on the comments provided by the technical team)

Reminder: Any paper accepted for the technical program but not presented will have its official proceedings removed from IEEE Xplore.
